Gmina Dębowiec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland, in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia.

Its seat is the village of Dębowiec.

The gmina covers an area of 42.48 square kilometres (16.4 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 5,818.

Gmina Dębowiec is bordered by the gminas of Cieszyn, Goleszów, Hażlach, Skoczów and Strumień.
