Gmina Skoczów is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland, in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia.

The gmina covers an area of 63.27 square kilometres (24.4 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 26,943.

Bładnice and Ochaby are further subdivided into Dolne (Lower) and Górne (Upper) parts.

Gmina Skoczów is bordered by the gminas of Brenna, Chybie, Dębowiec, Goleszów, Jasienica, Strumień and Ustroń.
