Gołygów [ɡɔˈwɨɡuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tuszyn, within Łódź East County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Tuszyn and 27 km (17 mi) south of the regional capital Łódź.
