The governor of Marinduque (Filipino: Punong Panlalawigan ng Marinduque), is the chief executive of the provincial government of Marinduque.

Marinduque was a sub-province of Tayabas (now Quezon), which also has its own governor, until 1920.

The governor holds office at the Marinduque Provincial Capitol in Boac.
