Gręblin

Gręblin [ˈɡrɛmblin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pelplin, within Tczew County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.

[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Pelplin, 16 km (10 mi) south of Tczew, and 46 km (29 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Gręblin was a royal village of the Polish Crown, administratively located in the Tczew County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.

During the German occupation of Poland (World War II), in November 1939, the Germans murdered several Poles from Gręblin during large massacres carried out in the Szpęgawski Forest as part of the Intelligenzaktion.
