Grace Young (born 23 August 2002)[1] is a field hockey player from Australia.

[3][4] Young made her junior international debut at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires.

She was a member of the Australian Hockey5s team that finished fifth in the girls' tournament.
