Granger, Texas

In the late 19th century, Granger was one of the centers of the large Moravian Czech immigrant population in Texas.

His photos offer a rare look into the places and people of Granger in the early 20th century.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.7 square mile (1.7 km2), all land.

As of the 2020 United States census, there were 1,183 people, 352 households, and 188 families residing in the city.

The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters.
