Gregorio Walerstein Weinstock[1] (22 February 1913 – 24 January 2002) was a Mexican film producer and screenwriter of Jewish descent.
His productions include Ash Wednesday (1958), which was entered into the 8th Berlin International Film Festival,[4] and La Valentina (1966), his last collaboration with actress María Félix.
He also discovered actresses Flor Silvestre,[5] Ofelia Montesco,[6] and Hilda Aguirre.
