Mar Gregory Karotemprel (born 1933) is an East Syriac Catholic bishop and theologian.

[2] He is Bishop Emeritus of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Eparchy of Rajkot.

Mar Gregory Karotemprel was born on 6 May 1933 at Chemmalamattam in Kottayam district.

He joined the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate congregation and made his first profession on 8 December 1955 at Mannanam.

He did his philosophical and theological studies at Dharmaram Vidya Kshethram, Bangalore.
