Grover L. Broadfoot

Grover Lee Broadfoot (December 27, 1892 – May 18, 1962) was an American lawyer and judge from Wisconsin.

[1] Earlier in his career, he had been the 30th Attorney General of Wisconsin, a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, Mayor of Mondovi, Wisconsin, and District Attorney of Buffalo County for twelve years.

Born in Independence, Wisconsin, Broadfoot moved with his family to Mondovi, Wisconsin, where he graduated from high school.

[2] Broadfoot graduated from the University of Wisconsin, where he also received his law degree in 1918, and then enlisted in the army during World War I.

[2] He then resigned on November 12, 1948, when he was appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
