Gulmira Dauletova (Kazakh: Гүлмира Дәулетова, Gülmira Däuletova; born 13 April 1988) is a Kazakhstani chess player who holds the title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM, 2020), Women's Chess Olympiad individual bronze medal winner (2014).

In 2001, Gulmira Dauletova won Uzbekistan Open Youth Chess Championship.
