Gulnara Shahinian

Gulnara Shahinian is an Armenian diplomat and author who studies human trafficking.

[1] She is a member of the Group of Experts on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings and the former United Nations Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery[2] from 2006 until 2014.

[3] She studied international law at the Saint Petersburg Institute of International Relations, and English and Russian Linguistics at Yerevan State University.
