Gunilla Elisabeth Paijkull (born 5 September 1943) is a Swedish football coach and former player.
Paijkull, previously Gunilla Karlsson, was a football player with the Stockholm club AIK.
In 1971, she was one of three AIK players called–up for an unofficial Sweden team's friendly match against Denmark in Copenhagen.
[4] At the inaugural 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup in China, Paijkull, the only female coach among the 12 finalists, guided Sweden to a third–place finish.
