Guy Klucevsek

Klucevsek is one of relatively few accordion players active in new music, jazz and free improvisation.

After graduating from high school, he matriculated to Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he earned BA in 1969.

He then attended the California Institute of the Arts where he was a pupil of Robert Bernat, Harold Budd, Gerald Shapiro, Morton Subotnick, and James Tenney.

[1] In 1972 Klucexsek joined the faculty of Glassboro State College now (Rowan University) where he taught through 1976.

[1] Klucexsek has released 20+ albums as a leader or co-leader, and has recorded or performed with Dave Douglas, John Zorn, Bill Frisell, Laurie Anderson and others.
