Indoors 200 m: 22.38 (Stange 2021) Håvard Bentdal Ingvaldsen (born 21 September 2002) is a Norwegian track and field athlete.

[2] At the 2021 European Athletics U20 Championships in Tallinn, he ran a new personal best time of 46.70 seconds in the final of the 400 metres to win a bronze medal.

He also ran the 400 meters during the 2022 European Athletics Championships in August 2022, in Munich but overall his 2022 season was hampered by injuries.

[7][8] Competing at the 2023 European Athletics U23 Championships held from in July 2023 in Espoo, Finland, he won the gold medal in the 400m.

[9] Competing at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest, he lowered his national record in the 400 metres to 44.39 to qualify for the semi final.
