(born 13 January 1961) is a Dominican prelate of the Catholic Church and professed member of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart.

He is metropolitan archbishop of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Santiago de los Caballeros since October 2023.

In 2012 he was appointed member of the executive body of the Dominican Conference of Men Religious and first counsellor of the Congregation of Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in Rome.

On 23 February 2015, Pope Francis named him Bishop of La Vega and received episcopal ordination the following 9 May.

In October 2023 he was named metropolitan archbishop of Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Santiago de los Caballeros.
