Hélène Diarra

[4][5][6][7][8] She is the Vice President of the Professional Association of Decentralized Financial Systems of Côte d'Ivoire (Apsfd-CI).

[9][10] Diarra was born in 1955 in Segou, Mali[3] but got orphaned at an early age and was raised by her uncles and grandmother.

In 1975, she got admitted into the National Pedagogical Institute for a Diploma of Fundamental Studies (DEF) in the teaching profession.

[12] In 2004, she was featured in Ousmane Sembène's Bambara language film, Moolaadé, playing the role of "Hadjatou".
