Habrough (/ˈheɪb(ə)rə/ HAY-b(ə-)rə) is a village and civil parish in North East Lincolnshire, England, 8 miles (13 km) north-west of Grimsby and 3 miles (5 km) inland from the Humber estuary at the southern edge of the A180 road, just west of Immingham and south of South Killingholme.
[2] Habrough is listed in the 1086 Domesday Book, with 28 households, a mill and a saltern.
[3] There was a manor house here, of which only earthworks remain south east from the church.
The manor was reputedly abandoned when the Skipwith line died out.
[2] Habrough railway station serves the village and the town of Immingham.
