The racial makeup of the county was 96.71% White, 0.23% Black or African American, 0.20% Native American, 1.46% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 0.61% from other races, and 0.78% from two or more races.
27.50% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.60% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
