Han represented China at the 2019 World Junior Curling Championships throwing fourth stones for Jiang Jiayi.
In the playoffs, they lost the semi-final to Russia's Vlada Rumiantseva and the bronze medal game to Switzerland, settling for fourth place.
Han, even though she was still of junior age, skipped the Chinese national team to a gold medal at the 2019 Pacific-Asia Curling Championships following a 10–3 victory over Japan's Seina Nakajima.
The victory earned a spot for China at the 2020 World Women's Curling Championship, which was cancelled due to COVID-19.
A year later, Han skipped China at the 2021 World Women's Curling Championship, finishing tenth with a 6–7 record.
