Hana Brejchová (12 December 1946 – April 2024) was a Czech actress.

She performed in over 30 films and was the sister of actress Jana Brejchová.

[1] Hana Brejchová died at a nursing home in Buštěhrad, around 20 April 2024, at the age of 77.
