Hanane Ait El Haj (Arabic: حنان أيت الحاج; born 2 November 1994) is a Moroccan professional footballer who plays as a defender for Valencia CF and the Morocco women's national team.

Aït El Haj began her club career playing for AS FAR in the Moroccan Women's Championship in 2016.

She played for Zaragoza CFF in Segunda División Pro on a one-year contract for the 2020-21 season before returning to AS FAR.

[3] Aït El Haj was capped for Morocco at senior level during the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualification (first round).

[6] She also provided an assist to Morocco's maiden World Cup goal by Ibtissam Jraidi in their 1-0 victory over South Korea.
