The men's handball tournament at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada, was held at the Exhibition Centre (in Hall B) from July 17 to 25.
The top two teams in each group advanced to a single elimination bracket.
Argentina were the defending champions from the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, defeating Brazil, 26–23 in the final.

The fourth placed team in the Central American and Caribbean Games both declined to compete in the respective tournaments.
