Hanna Birna Kristjánsdóttir (born 12 October 1966)[1] is a politician and former Icelandic minister, mayor and parliamentarian.
[4][5][6] Hanna Birna Kristjánsdóttir was born on 12 October 1966 to Aðalheiður J. Björnsdóttir and Kristján Ármannsson.
[1] She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science at the University of Iceland in 1991.
In 2013, Hanna Birna Kristjánsdóttir was elected to the Parliament of Iceland as the first MP for the Reykjavík South constituency.
[9][10] In 2015, Hanna Birna Kristjánsdóttir became chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the Parliament of Iceland.
