Harman is a town in Randolph County, West Virginia, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.32 square miles (0.83 km2), all land.

There were 5.4% of families and 13.3% of the population living below the poverty line, including 12.9% of under eighteens and 13.6% of those over 64.

Country musician and Grand Ole Opry member Stoney Cooper was born in Harman in 1918.
