Haughton is a town in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, United States.

Interstate 20 touches the northwestern corner of the town, with access from Exit 33 (Elm Street).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 5.3 square miles (13.6 km2), all land.
