Haworth is a town in McCurtain County, Oklahoma, United States.

At the time of its founding, Haworth was located in Red River County, a part of the Apukshunnubbee District of the Choctaw Nation.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2), all land.

There were 160 housing units at an average density of 97.9 per square mile (37.8/km2).
