[9][10][11] A graphic video of the shooting captured by a bystander went viral on Reddit,[12] sparking national outrage and protests against Hoffman's use of excessive lethal force against Max, the two-year-old Rottweiler belonging to Leon Rosby, 52, the owner under arrest.
