Hays is a census-designated place (CDP) in Blaine County, Montana, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 27.1 square miles (70.1 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 5.27% White, 94.59% Native American, and 0.14% from two or more races.

16.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
