Heimdal, North Dakota

Heimdal (/haɪmdɔːl/) is a census-designated place and unincorporated community in Wells County, North Dakota, United States.

[3] On May 6, 2015, a train carrying oil derailed and caught fire near Heimdal.

There were 33 housing units at an average density of 70.2 per square mile (27.1/km2).

46.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 38.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
