Heishui County (Chinese: 黑水县; Tibetan: ཁྲོ་ཆུ་རྫོང་།; Qiang: Vvlukvua) is a county in the north of Sichuan Province, China.

It is under the administration of the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture.
