Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University

[1] The university is named after Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.

The university is A Graded[2] with CGPA of 3.11 by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Its headquarters are at Srinagar, 112.9 km (70.2 mi) from Rishikesh along the Delhi-Mana National Highway.
