Herminie, Pennsylvania

Herminie is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sewickley Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Another strike, this in 1922, resulted in recognition of the United Mine Workers union.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2), all land.

At the 2000 census there were 856 people, 368 households, and 231 families living in the CDP.

There were 402 housing units at an average density of 1,647.3 per square mile (636.0/km2).
