Hettick is a village in Macoupin County, Illinois, United States.

Illinois Route 111 passes through the village as Main Street, leading north 6 miles (10 km) to Palmyra and south 7 miles (11 km) to Chesterfield.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Hettick has a total area of 0.37 square miles (0.96 km2), all land.

31.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
