Higgins is a rural small city in Lipscomb County, Texas, United States, named after G.H.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.8 km2), all land.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 425 people, 198 households, and 116 families residing in the city.

There were 253 housing units at an average density of 231.4 per square mile (89.3/km2).
