Hiroo Ōhara

Hiroo Ōhara (大原 博夫, Ōhara Hiroo, March 15, 1894 – March 20, 1971) was the Governor of Hiroshima Prefecture from 1951 to 1962.

[1] He was one of the signatories of the agreement to convene a convention for drafting a world constitution.

[2][3] As a result, for the first time in human history, a World Constituent Assembly convened to draft and adopt the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.
