Hoštice-Heroltice is a municipality in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

Hoštice-Heroltice consists of two municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] Both the names Hoštice and Heroltice are derived from the personal names – Hošt and Herolt.

It lies in a flat agricultural landscape of the Vyškov Gate.

[3] The D1 motorway from Brno to Ostrava runs through the southern part of the municipality.

The main landmark of the municipality is the Church of Saint John the Baptist in Hoštice.
