Holiday Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Mad River Township, Clark County, Ohio, United States.

[4] Holiday Valley is located in southwestern Clark County in the southwest part of Mad River Township.

Dayton Springfield Road forms the northwestern edge of the CDP, leading southwest 15 miles (24 km) to downtown Dayton and northeast 10 miles (16 km) to the center of Springfield.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.8 square miles (4.7 km2), all of it land.

16.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
