Hoseynabad-e Roshtkhar (Persian: حسين اباد رشتخوار)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Roshtkhar Rural District[4] of the Central District of Roshtkhar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 662 in 151 households.
