The Aram Khachaturian Museum (Armenian: Արամ Խաչատրյանի տուն-թանգարան) was established in 1978 in Yerevan, Armenia, just after the composer's death.
The collection of note manuscripts and film music of Composer Aram Khachaturian included in the international register of the Memory of the World program.
Under its founding director Gohar Harutiunyan,[1] the museum succeeded in attracting financial support from a wide range of sponsors and benefactors, and expanded its collection of artifacts belonging to Khachaturian.
The multi-storied building houses an attractive concert hall (with a concert-grand Bechstein piano), where a regular music series takes place.
The museum maintains strong links to Armenian musicians and composers and is committed to furthering music in Armenia.
