When a journalist questions him about the toughest case he has handled, Prasad begins narrating one from his early days as a doctor.
At the start of his career, Prasad meets a mischievous and lively young girl named Asha who has had a history of heart disease.
Abhilasha and Asha both enter the living room where they were all seated; Prasad introduces them both as his wives, letting everyone know the surgery was a success.
