Hsu has won six singles and twenty-seven doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.
She represented Chinese Taipei to compete in the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics (women’s doubles).
Hsu, born in Taiwan, moved to the United States in 2001 and represented the U.S. in her junior and college tennis career.
In 2010, she studied at the University of Pennsylvania, before turning professional in the summer of 2011.
