Hudson is a census-designated place (CDP) comprising the densely developed central part of the town of Hudson in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, United States.

The CDP is located on the western edge of Middlesex County at 42°23′32″N 71°33′56″W / 42.39222°N 71.56556°W / 42.39222; -71.56556 (42.392285, -71.565646),[3] in the west-central part of the town of Hudson.

[4] Massachusetts Route 62 passes through the community as Central Street and Main Street, leading northeast 5 miles (8 km) to the center of Stow and west 4 miles (6 km) to the center of Berlin.

Massachusetts Route 85 runs through the community as Washington Street and Lincoln Street, leading north 3 miles (5 km) to Route 117 in Bolton and southwest 3.5 miles (5.6 km) to the center of Marlborough.

27.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
