Hughes Brook is a town in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The town had a population of 236 in the Canada 2021 Census.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Hughes Brook had a population of 236 living in 89 of its 97 total private dwellings, a change of -7.5% from its 2016 population of 255.
