The Hungarian Handball Federation (Hungarian: Magyar Kézilabda Szövetség, pronounced [ˈmɒɟɒr ˈkeːzilɒbdɒ ˈsøvɛt͡ʃːeːɡ], MKSZ) is the national handball federation in Hungary.

The federation organizes the Hungarian league (Hungarian: Nemzeti Bajnokság) for men and women, and administers the national handball teams for men and women.
