Hussain Al-Qahtani (Arabic: حسين القحطاني, born 20 December 1994) is a Saudi Arabian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Pro League side Al-Qadsiah.

On 27 April 2018, Al-Qahtani helped Al-Faisaly's U23 team win their first-ever U23 league title.
