Hussein Ali (Arabic: حُسَيْن عَلِيّ; born 1 March 2002) is an Iraqi professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Eredivisie club Heerenveen.

On 19 July 2022, Ali joined Eredivisie side Heerenveen on a three-year contract.
