Hylands was an electoral ward in the London Borough of Havering from 1965 to 2022.

It returned councillors to Havering London Borough Council.

The ward covered the northwest part of Hornchurch that blends into southern Romford.

The ward was replaced by Hylands and Harrow Lodge in 2022.
