Ian Dobson (runner)

[1] Ian Dobson finished seventh in 1998 and third at 1999 Foot Locker Cross Country Championships in 14:34 behind Dathan Ritzenhein and Donald Sage.

This qualified him for the 2005 World Championships in Athletics where in the men's 5000 metres he finished 10th in his heat and failed to advance.

[1] Dobson also competed in the 2005 IAAF World Cross Country Championships in the Senior men's race finishing 61st.

[4] In 2006, Dobson competed in the 2006 IAAF World Cross Country Championships in the Senior men's race finishing 33rd.

[7] Dobson is currently the long distance coach for Sheldon High School,[8] and works for the Eugene Marathon[9]
