Ian W. Toll (born 1967) is an American author and military historian who lives in New York City.
[1] Toll graduated from St George's School in Middletown, Rhode Island.
[2] Toll studied and received a master's degree in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 1995.
